Common problems we fix
Free step-by-step guides. Try them first; if you are still stuck, we will fix it for you.
Supabase: "new row violates row-level security policy"
Why Supabase blocks inserts from your Lovable or Bolt app, and the exact policy SQL that fixes it safely.
404 or blank page when you refresh a sub-page
Clicking around works, but refreshing /dashboard or opening a shared link gives a 404 or a white screen. Add the single-page app fallback for your host.
Stripe: "No signatures found matching the expected signature"
Stripe webhook signature verification fails. The cause is almost always the wrong signing secret or a parsed request body. Fixes for Next.js, Express, and Supabase Edge Functions.
Supabase: "Database error saving new user"
Signups fail with Database error saving new user. A trigger on auth.users (usually handle_new_user) is failing. Here is how to find and fix it.
Environment variables undefined after deploy
Why process.env or import.meta.env values disappear in production, and how to fix prefixes, Vercel settings, and redeploys.
Firestore: "Missing or insufficient permissions"
Firestore reads or writes are denied, often suddenly after 30 days. Why test-mode rules expire and how to write safe security rules.

FAQ
What kinds of apps do you fix?
Web apps built with AI tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code, usually React, Next.js, or Vite on the front end with Supabase, Firebase, or a simple Node API behind it. If your code lives in a Git repo we can almost certainly read it.
How do I pay?
Send a fix request by email (the Request a fix page prefills it for you). We confirm the job is in scope and reply with a secure Stripe checkout link. Work starts once payment and code access are in place. We never see your card details.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite our GitHub account to your repo or send a zip. We never ask for your hosting, database, or payment passwords. If a fix needs a new secret or a dashboard setting, we tell you exactly where to click and you do it.
How do I receive the fix?
As a pull request on your repo, with a plain-English note: what was broken, why, what we changed, and how to check it. You review and merge it. Nothing reaches your main branch without you.
What if you cannot fix it?
Full refund. If the problem turns out to be bigger than what you paid for, we tell you before doing anything and you choose: upgrade, narrow the scope, or take the refund.
How fast is it?
Single Fix: within 24 hours. Launch-Ready Package: within 72 hours. Launch Post Add-on: within 48 hours. The clock starts once you have paid, we can access the code, and we can reproduce the problem.
Is a person or an AI doing the work?
We use AI coding agents heavily, the same tools you used to build the app, plus a careful review process, tests where possible, and a written explanation. We say this up front because you deserve to know.
What do you not take on?
Payment processing logic you cannot test in Stripe test mode, medical or financial data handling, anything that requires sharing real user data with us, scraping that breaks a site's terms, and malware or account-cracking requests.
Will you keep my code private?
Yes. We only use your code to do your job, never publish it, and remove our access when the job is done. You can remove our GitHub account from your repo any time.
